Event Description:
Celebrate Latino Conservation Week by learning more about the Colorado River and its life-sustaining waters. The Colorado River State Historic Park will be offering FREE screenings of the short documentary Milk and Honey. This 14-minute short explores the story of Hispanic farm workers in Yuma, AZ, and their connection with the river that sustains this arid region.
