Bilingual Story Hour - All About Monarch Butterflies

Land Trust of North Alabama y Alabama State Parks están organizando una hora de cuentos bilingües y manualidades para niños en la Biblioteca Pública del Centro de Huntsville. Leeremos "Señorita Mariposa" de Ben Gundersheimer y los niños tendrán la oportunidad de hacer sus propias mariposas. Aprenderemos sobre el insecto del estado de Alabama, la monarca, y su migración anual a México, así como sobre cómo ayudar a los polinizadores. 

 

Land Trust of North Alabama and Alabama State Parks are hosting a bilingual story hour and craft for kids at the Downtown Huntsville Public Library. We will read "Señorita Mariposa" by Ben Gundersheimer and kids will have the opportunity to make their own butterflies. We will learn about Alabama's state insect - the Monarch - and its yearly migration to Mexico, as well as how to help pollinators.
