Event Description:
As part of Latino Conservation Week, join us at Deering Estate to plant a native, rare orchid in our historic Garden Brook Trail after learn how to protect and help our native bees by building your very own bee hotel. Botanists and naturalists from Fairchild’s Million Orchid Project and UF/IFAS Extension will be present to answer any and all orchid and bee questions. This event is sponsored by the Coral Pines Garden Club and the Hispanic Access Foundation. This event is for ages 8+.

COST: $5 per person (ages 13 & older) purchase tickets online. Ages 8-12 are free & DEF Members are free; please sign up at the Main Gate located on 72nd Avenue upon arrival to event.
