Event Description:
Join us for a FREE bilingual family-friendly fishing event at Rocky Point in Warwick, RI! Learn how to dig for clams with Jody King, longtime commercial shell fisherman and shoreline fish with the RI Department of Environmental Management.
Transportation to and from Rocky Point is available through registration
Lite refreshments will be served (sandwich, chips, drink) and all fishing equipment will be provided. Bilingual (Spanish) staff will be on-hand to help guide families through the different stations.
Don't know how to fish? No problem! This event will teach you all the skills you need to know to fish in our state.
