#ConservationCultura: A Cooking Class with @QueerBrownVegan

Event Description:

Join us live to celebrate #LatinoConservationWeek and our #ConservationCultura with this virtual cooking class run by a guest chef. Food in many cultures, including the Latino culture, is a way for us to preserve our heritage and culture by allowing us to share recipes through generations and keeping our rich traditions alive. Breaking bread together not only fuels our bodies, but fuels our souls by creating community around our favorite recipes.

Register for the event in advance to receive the recipes and ingredients list we’ll need to cook the traditional Mexican dishes our guest chef will be walking us through. The cooking class will be free and Spanish interpretation and/or captioning will be provided.
