#YoCuento: Learning from our Elders

Event Description:

Join @HispanicAccess and @LatinoOutdoors for a virtual storytelling campfire chat where we’ll hear from a few prominent elder leaders in our community: Margarita Flores, Santiago Maestas, and Jorge Garcia.  They’ll share with us their own personal stories of conservation cultura and will give us an opportunity to learn from our elders as we the youth prepare to fight for climate justice. 

Spanish interpretation and live captioning will be provided.

Ellos compartirán con nosotros sus propias historias personales de conservación cultural y nos darán la oportunidad de aprender de nuestros mayores mientras los jóvenes nos preparamos para luchar por la justicia climática.
