Salinas River National Wildlife Refuge

Event Description:

We are hosting a digital LCW event featuring the Salinas River NWR and the surrounding Latinx community through social media and an article.

We'll be recording a short 5-minute video celebrating Latino Conservation Week (LCW) at the Salinas NWR in Castroville. The video will feature Latinx FWS staff talking about the importance of LCW and diversity in the outdoors and nature. This video will be featured on our regional social media as well as the newsletter and website. The video will promote the visit to the refuge.

Article and video will be posted on U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service social media outputs.
