Cobs and Bobbers (Part 1 of a series that will bring kids closer to their natural resources)

Event Description:

We are connecting and building positive relationships between urban youth and the local police department by having police officers teach kids how to fish. Along side the fishing, we will have several different stations that will have activities that will encourage kids to go fishing and enjoy nature after the event. Some of the activities include building a "Soda Can Fishing Reel", "Make Your Own Lures", and "Make Your Own Herbarium".
