Event Description:
Let's fire up your core with a nature-inspired power yoga class. We'll start out with energizing pranayama among the roses where you'll learn a calming breathing technique to utilize in stressful moments outside of class. Then we'll get sweaty (bring a towel!) under a mature tree with a 50 minute power yoga practice that ends with a 10 minute savasana + guided loving-kindness meditation. * Yoga mats optional. BYO child + well-behaved pup friendly. * Modifications offered throughout for you to make this YOUR own practice. *
