The arrival of fall and its colorful tree canopy can give us comfort. At the same time, change is always hard! The seasonal transition requires that we adapt to cooler and darker months, when we’ll spend more time indoors. Practicing mindfulness with the help of trees, other plants, and wildlife during this transitional period can help us find resilience and beauty in change. Join Claudia Linares and Sarah Low at Swan Creek Park and take home some mindfulness strategies for the season ahead.
- Meeting Point: Swan Creek Dog Park parking lot. 2106 E 44th St, Tacoma, WA 98404, USA
- Wear comfortable shoes, and dress according to the forecast. Consider bringing rain gear and warm layers according to the weather forecast.
