Pollinators & Popsicles

Event Description:

Join us on July 21 at 3:30 p.m. for a walking tour of our Coral Gables Experimental Pollinator Patch located at the Toledo and Alava Open Space. Learn about the countless species that help pollinate our beautiful native trees and plants!

Our speakers will be our guides and teach us about the importance of native pollinators. Using the iNaturalist app participants will identify and track different species of plants and animals found in and around the pollinator patch.

This event is brought to you by Keep Coral Gables Beautiful, the Community Recreations Department, the Hispanic Access Foundation, and the North American Butterfly Association's Miami Blue Chapter in celebration of Latino Conservation Week. Popsicles courtesy of Popsy Pop of Palm Beach.
