Reflection Hike + Potluck at Blood Mountain

Event Description:

Hola hiking buddies!

Latinxhikers & the Appalachian Trail Conservancy are excited to work together to bring you a day filled with beautiful vistas, reflection, and FOOD. We can’t truly celebrate Latino Conservation Week without food, amiright? We want you to showcase your culture and best cooking skills by bringing a dish to share with the group. First, we will hike to the summit of Blood Mtn where we will hang for a bit and reflect on our roles in the conservation movement. We will then return to the trailhead and enjoy each other's yummy creations. We will have coolers and ways to heat up the food once we return from our hike.
