San Gabriel River Outdoors & Art Event w/ Self Help Graphics and Homeboy Industries

Event Description:

Approximately 100 youth from Self Help Graphics and Homeboy Industries will travel to the Glen Camp Campground. The road leading to the campground is a designated National Scenic Bikeway which runs along the West Fork San Gabriel River. Participants will go on an interpretive walk along the river, returning to the campground where SHG artists will facilitate two art workshops involving block printing and screen printing. Participants will have lunch at the site as well as have time to explore their surroundings.
